By Bus
Lothian Buses routes 1, 10, 22, 27, 34, 35, 45, and X33 all serve Gilmore Place and are just a few minutes’ walk from the townhouse.
From Edinburgh Waverley Train Station
Option A: Line 16
Catch the 16 bus from Princes Street (near Waverley) and ride to Leven Street. You’ll arrive within 14–16 minutes, then it’s a 5-minute walk to 70 Gilmore Place.
Option B: Walk
Prefer the fresh air? It’s about 20–25 minutes on foot (~1.2 miles).
From Edinburgh Airport
Airlink or Tram to Haymarket Station
Both take around 30 minutes. Haymarket is just a 10–12 minute walk from the townhouse.
By Car
On-street parking is limited along Gilmore Place (check signage), or you can use a nearby pay-on-foot car park. Use postcode EH3 9NX for navigation.
